PHOSPHAT P

Description: This detergent is an acidic, phosphatizing and degreasing agent in powder form for phosphatizing iron prior to painting, via the ‘thin-layer-process’ (conversion phosphatizing). It also removes light grease and oil coatings.

Fields of Application: A Phospatizing facility for treating metal before it is painted. Temporary corrosion protection for iron parts in metal processing plants.

Active Agents: 1-5% non-ionic tensides, >30% sodium orthophosphate and sodium pyrophosphate, 1-5% phosphoric acids, softeners and additives.
