We are confident that our industrial pumps for professional Nilfisk-ALTO high pressure washers are amongst the most durable and reliable on the market.

As a measurement of this confidence, we now propose a 3 years warranty period on our NA5 and C3 pumps. We do this in association with a simple maintenance agreement that covers the basic inspection and replacement of wear parts, change of pump oil etc., at agreed-on intervals with our customers, based upon their individual applications and use.

 

The 3 years warranty itself covers production failures and abnormal or premature component failure.   The simple maintenance agreement supported by maintenance plans will ensure that the pressure washers maintain optimal performance and will extend the overall lifetime of the product. This in turn will reduce the overall cost of cleaning for our customers. We believe that this extended warranty will send a strong signal to our dealers and to our customers that Nilfisk-ALTO stands by its commitment to quality and is a reliable partner in the cleaning business.
